Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. We have been told this time and time again. Our educators, our family members and our friends seem to be constant advocates for ensuring that we take a selected portion of our morning each day in order to consume some collection of food. Does it matter what we’re choosing though? A yogurt? A stack of pancakes? Donuts? Here’s what your breakfast may say about more than just your choice in morning cravings.

Lean, light and low-maintenance (eggs, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal): Whether you’re whipping up a couple of eggs, spooning out some granola and yogurt or slicing some fruit, your breakfast is calculated in this category. You are likely very organized - both in your morning routine and in your daily life. You utilize having the right ingredients in your refrigerator and you use your TrackR to ensure your items are easy to locate. Your breakfast is low key, but you do everything with a purpose.

Skipped, skimpy and scalding (coffee or nothing at all): Shame on you! Despite the vast efforts of societal powers to keep us on the breakfast track, you still choose to skip it. You are too busy, too pressed for travel time or too indecisive for choosing an entree. You likely enjoy your caffeinated beverages, but you may also find yourself constantly charging forward without having a minute to sit back and take a look at things from a distance.

Doughy, delicious and decadent (donuts, pastries, bagels): You have the echo in your ear about ensuring you eat breakfast, but you also don’t quite take the time to make sure you have items prepared on hand. You are a grab-n-go master, changing it up from pre-made breakfast sandwiches to bagels to muffins and more. You are not shy about change, but you also may often overlook certain details that could allow you to progress ever so slightly.

Sweet, savory and stacked (pancakes, french toast, waffles): This is a hearty breakfast to consume on a daily (or almost daily) basis. While the appeal of such foods may exist either in a diner or in your own home, the likelihood that you’re constantly selecting this meal means that you certainly are not pressed for time in the morning. Sure, it’s possible to throw some frozen waffles in the toaster quickly, but most people who are choosing a griddle-esq breakfast are a bit more on the slow side - in meal preference and otherwise.
