Luggage costs time and money these days - you wait at the carousel and likely spend extra dollars on larger luggage. Regardless of the airline, convenience is lost when having to go through the long processes many airlines require when checking. Use these tips to avoid the hassle and carry on.

Track your Items: There is nothing more time consuming than searching for your lost items, whether it's when you're trying to get to the airport or once you're en route. Let your TrackR keep your passport, wallet, bags or any other items safe to ensure that your trip is as hassle-free as possible and your carry-on is located easily.

Pack a pack:pack an extra purse, bag or other carry-friendly item in your carry on to make it easy to get around once you reach your destination; this way you're not as limited while choosing what to pack for your journey

Wear shoes:It's always easier to wear a comfortable pair of slip ons when traveling, but if suitcase space is an issue, consider your feet added real estate.

Pack by Outfit:I'm notorious for packing 6 extra shirts and 3 extra pairs of shoes - I want options! Realistically, however, carving out the extra time to pack outfit by outfit, you limit the extra fluff in your suitcase. Bring a pair of staple shoes and pants that go with everything as your extra options, but otherwise, give yourself outfits that only need to be as many as however many days you're traveling for.

Download your books, magazines and games:It's easy to throw in a deck of cards, a book or two and your trashy magazine into your carry on while traveling, but these things add up. When that space matters, it makes more sense to download your reading and game material onto one device.
