Is it just me, or is there something incredibly satisfying about taking stock of your possessions, ridding your home of unnecessary clutter, and thoughtfully placing your most valued items in their neat little place?

Thankfully my favorite holiday is almost here – move over Christmas, spring cleaning is the most wonderful time of the year!

Are you ready to experience the Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up this spring? We’re here to help! Check out some tips to keep your valuable tech items clean and organized.

1. Bedside docking station

Between your smartphone, smartwatch, and iPad (or tablet!)–odds are you have a lot of everyday items that need to be charged. If you’re like me, you probably grab your phone and start checking Reddit–I mean work emails–first thing when you wake up in the morning.

So it’s a good idea to invest in a docking station so you can neatly organize all of the items that you use every day on your bedside table. There are a lot of options out there that make it easy for you to organize your items and neatly hide the insane number of charging cords you have. This way you’ll never have to worry about getting to work and finding out your phone only has 3% battery for the rest of the day!

2. Camera case

Cameras are awesome, but they require a bit of financial investment. You need the camera body, the lenses, tripod, lighting, etc. There are a lot of pieces to keep track of with a camera. And most of them are very fragile!

The answer: a well-built camera bag. There are an infinite number of options out there. It really depends on how much equipment you have, and how you want to carry it all. Some of my favorite bags have adjustable interiors, so you can rearrange the space according to your needs. This way all of your equipment will be kept safe and secure. And for added security, you can attach a TrackR bravo to your camera body. You can either attach it directly to your camera, or you can attach it as a keychain to your neck/hand strap. This way you’ll be assured one of your most valuable possession is always nearby.

3. Coffee table organizer

Everyone at some point in their life has spent a perfectly good Saturday afternoon frantically searching through couch cushions for a missing remote. That is now a thing of the past. There are plenty of organizers that sit on top of your coffee table. Not only do you have a built-in place to keep your remote, you can also keep your magazines, playing cards, or other small items that you would like on hand while watching television or spending time with family and friends. And in the event your remote happens to mysteriously wander away from your convenient coffee table organizer, you can attach a TrackR bravo to your remote. This way when your remote goes missing, you can use the TrackR app to ring it, and you’ll know exactly where it is without tearing apart all of your couch cushions.

4. Heavy duty storage bin

The one item that remains on my wishlist is a drone. I’m not even sure what I would do if I actually had a drone, I just know that I would like one. Since drones are a bulkier tech item that you wouldn’t use daily, proper storage is a must. There are great heavy duty plastic bins that are perfect for keeping your drone safe and out of the elements–even if you need to store it outside!

Hopefully these tips will help you stay tidy throughout the year. If you really want peace of mind for all of your personal tech items–including the ones listed above, try attaching a TrackR bravo to the items. This way you’ll always know where your items are–even if you forget to put them back in their perfect storage area.

By the way, for a limited time we’re offering a free TrackR bravo with any order with promo code: TECHIE
